Ambassador India serves one of the finest varieties of Indian cuisine: North Indian, South Indian, East Indian, and West Indian. North India has a variety of lentils, vegetables, and roti (wheat based bread). East India is famous for its desserts. Rice is the staple grain in South India with the use of coconut and particularly coconut oil and curry leaves. And finally the Western Indian cuisine is a mixture of the traditional cuisine with a heavy use of rice, coconut and sea fish.
